Summary
This study tested a 10-week program that combined positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help people become more physically active after bariatric surgery. 58 adults who had surgery 6-12 months earlier and wanted to move more took part. The program aimed to see if it was practical and helpful, measuring how many sessions people completed and their activity levels with a fitness tracker.
