Summary
This study is testing a tool to help patients with knee pain or arthritis set clear, personal goals for their treatment. Researchers want to see if this goal-setting process helps patients feel more satisfied with their care and more involved in making decisions with their surgeon. The study involves about 258 adults who are seeing a knee specialist for a new problem.
