Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand if giving the hormone glucagon continuously for three days changes how much energy the body uses. It will involve 30 healthy adults with obesity who do not have diabetes. Researchers will compare the effects of a glucagon infusion to a placebo (inactive substance) infusion.
