New hope for hard-to-treat lymphoma: experimental combo enters US trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called glofitamab combined with two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and oxaliplatin) in about 50 US adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatment. The main goals are to check safety and see how many patients achieve complete remission. The study also aims to include diverse racial and ethnic groups.
