Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental pill called GLIX1 in 30 adults whose high-grade glioma (a fast-growing brain tumor) has returned or worsened after standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Participants take the pill daily until the tumor grows or side effects become too severe.
