First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether starting chemotherapy earlier and continuing it longer can help adults with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer, live longer. About 486 participants were randomly assigned to either the standard treatment or an intensified plan. The goal is to see if the stronger approach improves overall survival without causing too many side effects.
