Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether two experimental drugs, ABBV-637 and ABBV-155, are safe and tolerable when given alone or combined with another drug called ERAS-801. The trial involves 60 adults with recurrent glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer, who have a specific genetic feature (EGFR amplification). Researchers will monitor side effects and see if the treatments help control the cancer.
