Summary
This study tested two hormone therapies, giredestrant and tamoxifen, in 92 premenopausal women with early-stage breast cancer. Participants took the drug for 15 days before surgery to see how well it slowed tumor growth. The goal was to compare the drugs' effects on cancer cell activity.
