Natural supplement geranylgeraniol tested for muscle strength boost

Summary
This study tests whether a daily supplement called geranylgeraniol (GG) can improve muscle strength, body composition, and exercise capacity in healthy, physically active adults aged 30 to 60. About 70 participants will take either a placebo, 150 mg, or 300 mg of GG daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in leg and chest strength, muscle endurance, and fat-free mass at the start, week 4, and week 8.
