First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study will watch how doctors use a special camera (endoscopic ultrasound) to diagnose suspected pancreatic or bile duct diseases in 2500 adults across Lombardy, Italy. The goal is to see how accurate the procedure is, how safe it is, and how quickly patients get a final diagnosis and start treatment. No extra tests or treatments are given—just routine care is observed.
