Summary
This study tests a 'go-slow' treatment for ultra-frail patients newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. Instead of starting all drugs at once, patients begin with just two medications and add a third after two months. The goal is to see if this gentle approach helps patients stick with treatment and feel better. About 40 participants will take part.
