Summary
This study compares two types of diet counseling for weight loss: one based on your genetic makeup and the other on standard healthy-eating guidelines. About 88 overweight adults will receive personalized advice and be followed to see which approach leads to greater fat loss and weight reduction. The goal is to find out if knowing your genes can make dieting more effective.
