Summary

This study tested a personalized treatment plan for patients with multiple early-stage lung tumors. Doctors used genetic sequencing of the tumors to guide a combination of targeted drug therapy and surgery or radiation. The goal was to see if this aggressive, tailored approach could control the cancer better than standard treatments for advanced disease.
