First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study is creating a registry of up to 100 adults with knee osteoarthritis to track how well a procedure called genicular artery embolization (GAE) reduces pain over 12 months. Participants have had knee pain for over 6 months that hasn't improved with standard treatments like pain relievers. The goal is to compare GAE to a sham procedure and monitor any side effects.
