Gene therapy patients monitored for 15 years in safety check

Summary

This study does not provide any new treatment. It follows up to 1,000 adults who previously received CAR T-cell gene therapy for blood cancers like lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma. The goal is to monitor for long-term side effects, as required by regulators. Participants will have blood draws, annual checkups for 4 years, and yearly phone or email contact for up to 15 years.
