Summary

This study compares two chemotherapy drugs, gemcitabine and paclitaxel, as first treatment for Black Caribbean women with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. 750 women will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two drugs. The goal is to see which drug better stops cancer growth and improves quality of life.
