Summary

This study tests a mindfulness program delivered through a smartphone app for young adults aged 18-24 who have experienced early life adversity. Participants will use the app, attend weekly Zoom group sessions, and wear a Fitbit to track sleep. The goal is to see if the program is easy to use and helps reduce anxiety and depression.
