This study will follow 1000 pregnant women to find what raises the risk of gestational diabetes and create a tool to predict it early. Then, some women will try a personalized health plan (GLOW plan) to see if it improves blood sugar control. The goal is to reduce short- and long-term health problems for mothers and their children.
