MRI clues could reveal who benefits from costly brain cancer drug

NCT ID NCT06090903

First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study looks at MRI scans from 50 people with glioblastoma (a serious brain cancer) to see if certain imaging features can predict which patients will respond to a drug called bevacizumab. Researchers will analyze tumor tissue and blood samples to find links between MRI patterns and biological markers. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve treatment choices, not to test a new therapy.
