New insulin pump system put to the test in 400-Person safety trial

Summary
This study is checking if a new insulin pump (NMX8) and continuous glucose monitor (DS5/Simplera Sync) are safe for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. About 400 participants, ages 7 to 85, will first wear the sensor for up to 40 days, then use the pump for about 90 days while logging meals and exercise. The goal is to see how well the system keeps blood sugar in a healthy range and avoids dangerously low levels.
