New surgery for stomach cancer aims to stop heartburn

Summary
This study compares two types of stomach cancer surgery to see which one causes less acid reflux and better quality of life. About 60 people with stomach cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two operations. The goal is to find the best surgical approach to control the disease while minimizing side effects like heartburn.
