Summary

This study looks at whether waiting longer to remove the breathing tube after stomach cancer surgery can reduce complications in patients who also have severe sleep apnea. Researchers will track 240 adults aged 18-85 who are having their stomach cancer removed. The goal is to find the safest timing for tube removal to improve recovery.
