Summary

This study tests whether using a special device that flashes light and plays sound at 40 times per second can help people with mild Alzheimer's. Sixty participants will use the device at home for one hour each day for six months. Researchers will check brain activity, memory, and blood markers to see if this non-invasive therapy is safe and may slow the disease.
