This study is for people with high-risk early breast cancer, including inflammatory breast cancer. Researchers want to see if clusters of tumor cells found in the blood can help predict how well treatment works and the chances of survival. About 130 participants will give blood samples before and after chemotherapy to track these cell clusters.
