First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study looked at whether gabapentin and memantine can reduce the rapid, involuntary eye movements (pendular nystagmus) that some people with multiple sclerosis experience. Ten adults with MS and chronic eye shaking for at least 6 months took part. Researchers measured eye movement speed and how well participants could see, aiming to find the best way to track treatment success.
