Summary

This study follows 600 people who have received an FX shoulder replacement device to monitor how well it works over time. The main goal is to see if patients have good shoulder function, no serious device problems, and no need for additional surgery. The study is for people with shoulder arthritis, rotator cuff issues, or fractures who are already getting the device as part of their normal care.
