Summary
This study is testing several combination treatments involving the experimental drug FWD1802 for people with advanced ER-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The research aims to find safe doses and see if these combinations can help control the cancer in patients whose disease has worsened despite standard therapies. It is open to people who have already tried certain hormone therapies and up to two rounds of chemotherapy for their advanced cancer.
