New drug cocktail shows promise for tough cancers

Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs (futibatinib plus standard immunotherapy) in adults with advanced esophageal or pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and is safe. About 53 people will take part, and they must not have had prior treatment for their advanced cancer.
