Summary
This study aims to understand how often functional neurological disorders (FND) occur in people who already have movement disorders like Parkinson's or tremor. Researchers will examine 216 patients to identify the frequency and characteristics of these overlapping symptoms. The goal is to improve recognition of FND to prevent incorrect treatments and guide better care.
