Summary

This study tests whether a special breathing exercise program can improve oxygen use, balance, and physical activity in people who have had lung cancer surgery. Forty adults aged 18-80 who are in remission will do breathing training with a device for 4 weeks, then add functional exercises. Researchers will measure changes in oxygen consumption, muscle oxygen levels, balance, and activity levels.
