Summary
This study compares two types of shoulder exercises (concentric vs eccentric) in people with partial rotator cuff tears. Sixty adults aged 18–65 with shoulder pain for at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to one of two exercise groups for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in muscle structure, pain, and function to see which exercise type is more effective.
