This trial is testing whether a special PET scan (FTT-PET) and a blood test that looks for tumor DNA (ctDNA) can predict how well men with metastatic prostate cancer will respond to PARP inhibitor therapy. The study will enroll about 75 men whose cancers have certain genetic mutations. The goal is to see if these tests can help doctors choose the right treatment for the right patient.
