First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving low-income adults with type 2 diabetes vouchers to buy fruits and vegetables helps them attend diabetes education classes and improve their blood sugar control. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the vouchers or not. The goal is to see if this simple approach can make healthy eating easier and lead to better diabetes management.
