This study tests whether adding a nerve block to a steroid injection works better than a steroid injection alone for people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). About 50 adults aged 41-65 with persistent shoulder pain will be enrolled. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief and improves shoulder function.
