Summary

This study tests whether a structured 24-week Frame Running (a special running bike) training program can improve physical function, daily activities, and quality of life in 35 children and teens aged 8-18 with cerebral palsy or similar physical disabilities. Participants start with a low-intensity 12-week period, then move to a higher-intensity 12-week program. The goal is to see if this community-based exercise can make a real difference in their mobility and well-being.
