Summary
This study looks at whether a detailed health check-up (called eCGA) can help doctors better understand and manage frailty in adults aged 65 and older. About 120 participants will be followed for 12 months, and some will also get a personalized exercise program. The goal is to see if these tools can be used in regular doctor visits to support healthy aging.
