First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at why many young adult survivors of childhood cancer experience early aging symptoms like fatigue and weakness, known as frailty. Researchers will follow over 1,500 survivors for five years to see how frailty changes over time and how it relates to chronic health problems. The goal is to find early warning signs so doctors can help prevent or delay serious health issues.
