NCT ID NCT07453303

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study will compare 80 adults aged 40 and older—half living with HIV and half healthy—to see if those with HIV experience frailty, muscle loss, and cognitive decline earlier. Researchers will assess physical function, nutrition, and thinking skills. The goal is to understand how HIV may speed up age-related problems, which could guide future prevention efforts.
