Summary

This study tests a program called FOREST that teaches positive emotion skills to staff at a gun violence prevention agency. The goal is to reduce burnout, anxiety, and depression while improving well-being and job retention. About 100 workers will take part in the 9-month program through online modules and existing meetings.
