Summary
This study looked at whether foot reflexology massage can reduce pain, improve sleep, and boost quality of life in women with migraine. Twenty-two women took part, with half receiving foot massage sessions and the other half serving as a control group. The results suggest that this simple, drug-free approach may offer some relief for migraine symptoms.
