First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether foot reflexology massage can ease pain, improve sleep, and boost quality of life in women with migraine. Twenty-two women aged 18-45 took part, with half receiving 10 foot massage sessions over 5 weeks and the other half serving as a control group. Researchers measured pain, headache impact, and sleep before, after, and 2 weeks following treatment. The goal was to see if this gentle, drug-free approach offers real benefits for migraine management.
