Summary

This study tested two types of foot exercises in 32 teenagers with flat feet (pes planus). Participants did either classic foot exercises or foot core exercises for 12-15 minutes, twice a week for 8 weeks. The goal was to see if these exercises could reduce pain, improve balance, walking, and lower body performance.
