First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether a food safety training program helps food service employees improve their knowledge, attitudes, and practices around safe food handling. About 200 workers took part, and they were split into four groups to carefully measure the training's true effect. The training covered personal hygiene, food safety rules, and safe food preparation. The goal was to see if the training actually leads to safer food handling at work.
