NCT ID NCT06329375
Summary
This study tests whether providing meals and education after a hospital stay helps people with diabetes who struggle to afford enough food. Some will receive 90 days of meal delivery and nutrition coaching, while others get standard care, to see if the program reduces hunger and improves health.
