Summary
This study aimed to create and test a short questionnaire that measures 'food noise'—persistent, unwanted thoughts about food that can make healthy eating difficult. Researchers enrolled 400 adults in the United States to answer five questions about their food-related thoughts. The goal was to see if the questionnaire is a reliable and valid way to measure this experience.
