Summary

This study tests whether limiting food and drinks (except water) to a 10-hour period each day for four weeks can improve eating behaviors, diet quality, and body composition in women aged 20-29. Participants will track their eating and complete surveys about emotional eating and eating without hunger. The goal is to see if this simple timing strategy can reduce cardiometabolic risk.
