Can grocery delivery stop premature births?

NCT ID NCT06965530

Summary

This study is testing if delivering healthy groceries directly to the homes of pregnant women who struggle to afford food can improve their health and their babies' health. It will enroll 360 pregnant women in Ohio who are eligible for Medicaid. Researchers will compare different support methods, including just the food delivery and delivery plus cooking education, to see which works best at reducing food insecurity and preventing problems like premature birth.
