Can prescription meals cure high blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07332741
Summary
This study is testing whether a 'food is medicine' program can help adults with high blood pressure and obesity. For 24 weeks, half the participants will receive weekly deliveries of heart-healthy meals and cooking lessons, while the other half receives usual care. Researchers want to see if this approach lowers blood pressure, improves diet, and helps with weight management more effectively than standard advice.
