NCT ID NCT05026723

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether providing medically tailored meals along with intensive lifestyle coaching helps adults with HIV and type 2 diabetes (or high risk for it) better manage their weight and blood sugar. About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the meals plus coaching or meals alone. The main goal is to see if the combined approach leads to greater weight loss and improved blood sugar control over 6 to 18 months.
