Summary

This study looks at whether a simple, non-invasive vibration treatment can prevent muscle weakening when a leg is immobilized. 42 healthy adults aged 18-45 will have one leg in a cast for 3 days. Some will receive daily vibration therapy to see if it helps maintain muscle strength and nerve function.
