Summary
This large study will follow about 4,000 people who have had a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) to see how well it works over time and if it's safe. FMT involves putting healthy donor stool into a patient's gut to restore good bacteria. The study looks at conditions like severe C. diff infections, inflammatory bowel disease, and even autism, checking results at 3 months, 1 year, and 5 years.
